Shark!

In the summer of 2004, we cruised to the Bahamas once again. This was not as relaxing or romantic as laying on the beach with the sun reflecting off of your skin, but is quite scary. My cousins, Steven and Taylor usually come up with us every other year, and this was the year to come. They can make you have the most memorable summer of your life.
There are many beaches on the Bahamas with different colors of sand like coral and pink, we had been once before gone to one of the prettiest beaches i have ever seen, called coral sands, and thought it was time to go again. It was an angelic day with no sign of there to be rain, so we went out on the boat. The ride to the beach was quite bumpy but that is always the best part. When you feel like your feet and hands are tied together with someone bouncing you on a trampoline, like you are about to fly into the water but never do. As we arrived to the dock about five nurse sharks came out by the boat, then at was really neat but later maybe not so much. We continued with what we were doing and tied up the boat, but then the owner of that small marina walked out. He told us that people have gotten in the water and actually swam with the sharks, so of course we just have to get in! As i stepped down on the ladder i could feel my inside crawling out, as my foot left the last step and went into the water and all the air was pushed out of my body. I just stood there looking at these five foot object swim around me. Once Steven had gotten in the water i felt a little more comfortable, but then after taylor finally reached the water i was relieved. It was quite the experience and i was really enjoying it until, Taylor says to me "Ashton look out there is one heading right towards you, and look there is another one coming from the other direction". I freaked out! I was shacking in the water then screamed, as my uncle reached down and pulled me out. I cried for about two minutes, but what really cheered me up was watching taylor get in trouble.
