Obituary: Forever Young
Forever Young was bought in 1998 by Louis Young, and sold the year of 2006. It brought life and joy our lives. It was sold because we had decided to travel to other places around the world. I have enjoyed every moment of that but i would go back to the boat in a heart beat. We had so many unforgettable memories, and out of it we met a world of people that can change your life. The boat was home for everyone who came along each summer, it was a place of comfort. I will miss the boat like no other, but i will always be Forever Young.
Expository, My Recipe For Relaxation
What makes makes all of the Bahamas surroundings? That i can not answer, but i can answer How those surroundings make you feel relaxed and comfortable, what puts that soft smile on a persons face? The combination of viewing pleasure but also the clean smell of the sun, is what brings my body to peace. The gentle everyday breeze that brushes up from the sea exfoliating your skin making it nothing but clean. The sounds around you seem to play a song as the palm trees and waves make a sweet beat. The sun warming and comforting your body as the breeze comes and takes you away.

These are a Few of My Favorite Things
1. Family and friends can give you quite the expirience in the bahamas. You couls travel the islands by yourself to take a relaxing journey maybe tp figure things out in your life, that might work for you. However i would get very bord, and what made this trip so good for all of these years was my family and friends. Thank you mom and dad for making the bahamas a memorable place, and thank you friends who came along as well.
2. Elbow cay which is located in the abaco's, i would like to dedicate this to joiner who worked at the marina, he became very good friends with our family, and i will never forget him. There were a lot of places in Elbow Kay including hope town, which is one of my favorite places to go. Hope Town is so much fun, and it has many stores and restaurants.

3. Going to the different islands and beaches is one of the best things to do. You see so many things and animals including hogs and iguanas, and that glacier ice blue water is priceless.
4. You have not been to the Bahamas if you don't go snorkeling. When you see what lives in those waters your mind will be blown. The colors and the patterns you see on everything, are soothing and relaxing.
5. Marsh Harbor is a great place, it is very small but filled with great people and memories. In Marsh Harbor there is boat harbor which is where we would stay with are boat for the remainder of our bahamian summer.
6. Our Journey finally ends at Marsh Harbor which is my favorite place in all bahamas. It's home, we have meet people for life here, and one very special person who comes to our house for thanksgiving, her name is sherell. I met her in marsh harbor as my tennis coach, and now she is part if our family.

Shark!
In the summer of 2004, we cruised to the Bahamas once again. This was not as relaxing or romantic as laying on the beach with the sun reflecting off of your skin, but is quite scary. My cousins, Steven and Taylor usually come up with us every other year, and this was the year to come. They can make you have the most memorable summer of your life.
There are many beaches on the Bahamas with different colors of sand like coral and pink, we had been once before gone to one of the prettiest beaches i have ever seen, called coral sands, and thought it was time to go again. It was an angelic day with no sign of there to be rain, so we went out on the boat. The ride to the beach was quite bumpy but that is always the best part. When you feel like your feet and hands are tied together with someone bouncing you on a trampoline, like you are about to fly into the water but never do. As we arrived to the dock about five nurse sharks came out by the boat, then at was really neat but later maybe not so much. We continued with what we were doing and tied up the boat, but then the owner of that small marina walked out. He told us that people have gotten in the water and actually swam with the sharks, so of course we just have to get in! As i stepped down on the ladder i could feel my inside crawling out, as my foot left the last step and went into the water and all the air was pushed out of my body. I just stood there looking at these five foot object swim around me. Once Steven had gotten in the water i felt a little more comfortable, but then after taylor finally reached the water i was relieved. It was quite the experience and i was really enjoying it until, Taylor says to me "Ashton look out there is one heading right towards you, and look there is another one coming from the other direction". I freaked out! I was shacking in the water then screamed, as my uncle reached down and pulled me out. I cried for about two minutes, but what really cheered me up was watching taylor get in trouble.

Refresh
As i lay on the pink sand
The heat rises from my body
I see the crystal cool water softley rolling on the beach,
This thing inside my head known to be my mind tells me "go and be refreshed"
As i step into the soothing water,
It runs through my toes and washes the sand off the tops of my smooth feet
The sun reflects from the mirrored water onto my golden skin
My body emerges into the sea of exquisitness
Chills run through my body
And i feel as if i am no longer in my body but a part of the sea

Inroduction
Through the corse of my life i have been many places and seen many things. I have experienced monkeys on my head in Costa Rica, hang gliding in Brazil, and landed in a helicopter on glaciers in Alaska. Even though this paper contains nothing as exotic as the things i have done in Alaska, Brazil, and Costa Rica. However, it is what i have enjoyed the most, through the friends you meet, and the places you become accustomed to, it is not just islands in the sea or a hot summer day it's home, The Bahamian Islands.
Genre One- Peom (because i want the reader to see the place i will be writing about)
Genre Two- Short Story (to show what happenes when you get in the beach with 12 sharks, a swim with them)
Genre Three- LIst (To show places and the things we did there)
